Anna Jones

One gray day, late for the office, Anna Jones had a revelation and decided to quit her job to follow her passion; she then enrolled in Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen apprentice program*. Since then, she has been part of his kitchen team as a stylist, writer and behind-the-scenes collaborator for books and television shows.

Today, she is publishing her third book with Éditions La Plage: “The 12 ingredients that change everything in the kitchen” to create 365 days of wonderful meals. No more “What’s for dinner tonight!” With her tips to (really) change everyday life.
